Regional Coordinator (1)
- Report regular to PMO
- Responsible N2N for continuing project on respective area
- Representative meeting with customer region to report progress overall
- Escalation third level for any issue community , permit local government
- Experience handle project OSP / cable optic is preferable
Technical Expert / Specialist Optic (1)
- Report regular to Regional Coordinator
- Coordinator with the sub contractor & Customer region to change and approval design
- Provide effective and efficient design for OSP
- N2N monitor project material to start reservations till on site
Technical Support (1)
- Representative of obtaining permits to local government ( Pemda , KAI , etc )
- Regular reports to the Regional Coordinator for the overall progress in the area
- Representing Legal expert talks / negotiations with residents or Pemda/KAI to community case
- Support supervisor and field engineer for operational daily
Supervisor (1)
- Regular reports to the regional coordinator
- Review and monitor progress from field engineer
- Weekly meetings with sub cont to identify problems and problem solving, Escalation to second level community issues, permit government or LL
- Similar in Project OSP is preferable
Field Engineer (4)
- Daily monitor progress sub contractor
- Ensure & supervise appropriate job specification sub contractor meet standard
- Provide daily progress report to Supervisor
-Coordination with sub contractor resolve community problems in the first level
- Similar in project OSP is preferable
